September 26th Arrive in Bangalore,
India
We will experience 5 days at Ayurvedagram, “the village
of Ayurveda”. This is a great way to start our Sacred
India Tour. We will have yoga and meditation classes daily,
hours of Ayurvedic treatments and enjoy delicious Indian cuisine.
It will be a time to reflect on your life journey; to embrace
the moment and discover the infinite potential of the Self.

to New Delhi, 12 noon – arrive 2:30 pm

Vrindavana
Arrive at 6 pm
Evening in Vrindavana: India’s most sacred city of Devotion,
dedicated to Lord Sri Krishna
Dinner and early to bed.
October 1, Thursday
free time to visit ashrams and visit sacred sites.
October 2, Friday
Vrindavana Parikrama: 5:30 – 8:30 am (Walking meditation
around the Holy Places)
12:30pm: Lunch (afternoon free time to rest, read or journal)
4 pm: shopping at Loi Bazaar (small village shops; great for
cloth, devotional clothing, beads, incense and oils.)
We will then visit ancient temples in Vrindavana and attend
an evening Kesi Ghat arati (worship ceremony) and boat ride
on the sacred Yamuna River.
7:30pm: Dinner
October 3, Saturday - Full Moon

Drive
to Agra and see the Taj Mahal – overnight
The Taj Mahal was completed around 1648.
Afternoon: free time at the Taj Hotel
October 4th Sunday
Drive to Delhi and fly to Dehra Dun
Drive to Rishikesh
Walking tour of Rishikesh and evening arati (sacred ritual)
at the bank of the Ganges River.
October 5, Monday

am - Yoga and meditation (yoga room)
9:15 - breakfast at Hotel Great Ganga
10 am - Ganges River White Water Rafting
Afternoon free time
Evening arati at the Ganges River
October 6, Tuesday
8 am - Yoga and meditation (yoga room)
9:15 - breakfast
10 am - Visit the Foothills and caves of the Himalayas. Meditation
at the cave of the sage Vasistha.
Free time – shopping, site seeing.

October 7, Wednesday
Harki Puri Arati – early morning drive to Haridwara
October 8, Thursday
Fly to New Delhi
October 10 – return to
